  • Google LLC – for analytics and performance insights (data processed under UK–US Data Bridge or Standard Contractual Clauses)

  • Zoho Mail – used to receive contact form submissions via email

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some data may be processed outside the UK or EEA (e.g. by Google LLC in the United States). Where this applies, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK–US Data Bridge or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Contact form enquiries – retained for up to 12 months after our last communication

  • Client project files and invoices – retained for six years to comply with UK tax laws

  • Analytics data in GA4 – retained for 26 months (Google’s default setting)

  • Server logs – retained for up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting

8. How we protect your data

We implement a range of technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

  • Full-site SSL/TLS encryption

  • Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA on all contact forms

  • Regular updates to WordPress, Bricks Builder, and all plugins

  • Strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available

  • Access limited to authorised personnel only

  • Correct or update inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Restrict or object to certain types of processing
